　The city of Mitaka actively provides information to foreign residents. One medium is through an English-language city bulletin which is published monthly on the first day of each month. (Free of charge). Content: Information on city services, events and public facilities. Format: Tabloid style, Two pages. Available at: MISHOP, public libraries, community centers, Mitaka Station, Musashi-Sakai Station and other locations.
