　The Tokyo Regional Immigration Bureau offers advice and information about immigration and visas for Japan.

　The Tokyo Legal Affairs Bureau offers counseling concerning the infringement of human rights.

Languages: English, Chinese and German.

　The Tokyo Metropolitan Government provides counseling for foreign residents on a wide range of subjects, such as metropolitan administrative programs, legal matters, traffic accidents and taxes.

Hours: Consultation in English is offered Monday through Friday, in Chinese on Tuesdays and Fridays, in Korean on Wednesdays (however, the center is closed on national holidays), 9:30 a.m. to 12 noon and 1:00 to 5:00 p.m.
