Using the Water Supply for the First Time/Inquiries

 All inquiries concerning the water supply are handled by the Tama Customer Center of the Bureau of Waterworks, Tokyo Metropolitan Government (inquiries are also handled via the Internet, in Japanese or English). Although tap water is potable, please call the same office concerning any irregularities, such as any color or smell.

Inquiries concerning billing, repairing water leakage, or other inquiries: 0570-091-101 (for PHS or IP phones: 042-548-5100)
Hours: Closed on Sundays and national holidays. 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
