Four Municipal Contact Points Now Available

For persons living far away from the city hall, Mitaka City provides a service whereby a Certificate of Information Recorded on Foreign Resident Registration File and other information can be obtained. We hope you will make use of the Municipal Contact Points and Automated Issuing Machines.

Services provided for foreign residents at the Municipal Contact Points

  1. Receipt of tax and rental fees
  2. Seal registration (available at Mitaka Ekimae Contact Point only)
  3. Seal registration certificates
  4. Certification of Information Recorded on Foreign Resident Registration File
  5. Various tax certificates (some certificates are not handled)
