Eligibility: Those who are registered in Mitaka City’s foreign resident registry as of February 1 in 2009 (excluding staying illegally and shortthose with temporary visitor’s visas).
Allowance: 12,000 yen (20,000 yen for those over 65 years old and under 18 years old)
Deadline for application: October 1
*Those whose visa has expired as of February 1 will not receive the application. Please renew your registration at the Foreingner Registration Section (City hall 1st floor).
*When you renew the registration, we will send you the application.
