Program: Mozart/Overture to “Le Nozze di Figaro (The Marriage of Figaro)” K.492 *With MJO Mozart/Piano Concerto (No. 5 in D major, K. 175.) Ravel/Le tombeau de Couperin
This time MJO will perform the Overture to “Le Nozze di Figaro” with TMP as part of a special program for the 10th anniversary of MJO. An early Mozart piano concerto conducted and played by Numajiri and “Le tombeau de Couperin” by French composer, Ravel, who was called the “magician of orchestral music” will also be played. Please enjoy their music!
After the performance, there will be a buffet style party with
drinks and snacks. This is a great chance to meet and talk to
the performers.
Participation fee: 1,000 yen
Capacity: 40 people (Members or those who live, work or
go to school in Mitaka city)
How to apply: Up to two tickets per person. Only available
for people who have tickets for this event. *Reservation by

Tozai Kyogen no Kai is a popular annual event performed by the Nomura family from East Japan and the Shigeyama family from West Japan. Mansaku from the Nomura family and Sennojo from the Shigeyama family are both coming. Mansai Nomura will talk about the play before the performance. Please enjoy the real thrill of Kyogen and their consummate skills from the east and the west on an autumn day.
The number of tickets for Tozai Kyogen no Kai is limited. You can reserve up to two tickets for a performance with one phone call (or through web site). If you wish to buy more than three tickets,please call (or access to our website) again.
