Congratulations on becoming adults "Celebrating the coming of age of Mitaka Citizens"

A celebration for those turning twenty in 2010 and thereby becoming adults under Japanese law will be held. Every year, over 900 "New adults" gather and make merry. Don’t miss this chance to experience a performance on wind instruments, a lottery, and much more with Mitaka’s new adults.
Eligibility: Those who are born between April 2, 1989 and April 1, 1990. (Persons born between these dates will be sent an invitation for the event sometime in December)
Date: January 11 (national holiday) 1:00 p.m.~3:30 p.m. (venue opens at 0:30 p.m.)
Location: Mitaka City Public Hall/ Courtyard (next to the City Hall)
