Certification of information recorded on foreign resident registration file/Stamp registration certificate/ various taxation certificates

When using the automated issuing machines, you will require either a“Stamp Registration and Mitaka Citizen Card” or “Mitaka Citizen Card”with a registered PIN number. Applications can be made at the Civil Affairs Section (Mitaka City Hall, Counter No.7) or at branch municipal offices.
(Seals can be registered at Mitaka City Hall and Mitaka Ekimae Branch Municipal Office only)
Usage times: 8:30 a.m. ~ 9 p.m. *Closed Dec 29 (2010) to Jan 3 (2011)
