“Let's Eat Around the World” is one of our popular programs to provide opportunities for foreign residents to introduce their national cuisines. After a demonstration of popular dishes, participants cook and eat them together. Many citizens have been enjoying this international exchange program through cooking, which may open up cultural understanding. The feature cuisine this time is Taiwanese. A discussion on Taiwan will be held after the meal.
