Reduction of sterilization/castration service fees for homeless cats

When homeless cats (6 months old or older) in the city undergo sterilization or castration at designated veterinary clinics, the fee is uniformly reduced by 5,000 yen (40 cats planned for this year). Operated by Tokyo Veterinary Medical Association, Musashino/Mitaka branch.
